latest UPDATE
30 June 2021
Raise (formerly EAPworks) is following and acting upon the advice of the Ministry of Health in relation to COVID-19. This is an evolving situation and as such will be subject to change, sometimes at short notice. This page will be updated as and when changes occur. Raise will continue to offer a 24/7 service at all alert levels and will follow the government’s required safety guidelines. Where appropriate, and in line with the restrictions of the alert level at any given time, we will meet with clients in-person, via phone or via video chat. As at 30 June, all of New Zealand is at Alert Level 1. Good infection prevention control procedures will be maintained for face-to-face appointments, including:
Prior to confirming a face-to-face appointment, the following screening question will be asked: Have you encountered COVID-19 or anyone (including yourself) showing any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus now or in the past 14 days? If the answer is yes, we will only provide the options of a video session or phone session. The safety of our clients is always our primary concern and we are relying on you to exercise your own judgement to ensure you are not putting yourself or your people at risk. Please contact us on 0800 735 343 or enquiries@raisementalhealth.co.nz if you have any questions or concerns. |
