COVID-19
Information & Updates

latest UPDATE

3 December 2021

Raise is following and acting upon the advice of the Ministry of Health in relation to COVID-19. This is an evolving situation and will be subject to change, sometimes at short notice. This page will be updated as and when changes occur.

OPERATING UNDER THE TRAFFIC LIGHT SYSTEM

New Zealand has moved to the new COVID-19 Protection Framework (traffic lights) from Friday, 3 December 2021.

Raise will continue to offer a 24/7 service at all levels and will follow the government’s required safety guidelines.

Client sessions

Red
All services will be offered remotely via phone and video conferencing.

Orange
Both face-to-face and remote sessions will be offered. For face-to-face sessions, good infection prevention control procedures will be maintained, including:

  • Hand hygiene (i.e., washing with soap and water or use of an alcohol-based disinfectant), coughing/sneezing into an elbow or using a tissue (which is then safely disposed of, followed by hand hygiene)
  • Maintaining physical distancing of two metres at all times. Where this is not possible, wearing PPE (and after consultation removing safely, followed by hand hygiene)
  • Performing hand hygiene prior to and at the conclusion of the appointment
  • Disinfecting all surfaces prior to and at the conclusion of the appointment
  • Keeping accurate documentation, including names and times of all face-to-face appointments, for contact tracing purposes.

Green
Both face-to-face and remote sessions will be offered, and record-keeping and scanning will continue.

You can keep up-to-date with what the traffic light level is in your region via the government COVID-19 website.

Please note that regions may move between the traffic light levels at short notice. If a face-to-face session has been booked then the region moves to Red, the appointment will need to be carried out online or rescheduled. Our team will be in touch with individuals to arrange this if the need arises.

On-site visits

For any on-site support requests while at Red and Orange, approval must be sought beforehand through our triage team on 0800 735 343.
