Raise is following and acting upon the advice of the Ministry of Health in relation to COVID-19. This is an evolving situation and as such, will be subject to change, sometimes at short notice. This page will be updated as and when changes occur.
Currently, Auckland and parts of Waikato are at Alert Level 3, and the rest of New Zealand is at Alert Level 2.
The boundaries for Waikato can be found on the COVID-19.govt.nz website.
Under Alert Level 3, our team is meeting with clients via phone and video chat. If absolutely necessary, as an essential service Raise is able to be offer face-to-face appointments, with appropriate prevention control measures being taken.
Under Alert Level 2, clients will be offered meetings in-person, via phone or via video chat.
