Raise is following and acting upon the advice of the Ministry of Health in relation to COVID-19. This is an evolving situation and as such, will be subject to change, sometimes at short notice. This page will be updated as and when changes occur.
Raise will continue to offer a 24/7 service at all alert levels and will follow the government’s required safety guidelines.
As at 28 February 2021, Auckland is at Alert Level 3, the rest of New Zealand is at Alert Level 2.
Where appropriate, and in line with the restrictions of the alert level at any given time, we will meet with clients in-person, via phone or via video chat. As Raise is an essential service, Auckland clients will be offered sessions via phone or video chat in the first instance while at Level 3. Where absolutely necessary, face-to-face appointments are able to be offered, with appropriate prevention control measures taken.
Good infection prevention control procedures for face-to-face appointments will be maintained, including:
Prior to confirming a face-to-face appointment, the following screening question will be asked: Have you encountered COVID-19 or anyone (including yourself) showing any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus now or in the past 14 days?
If the answer is yes, we will only provide the options of a video session or phone session.
