Jonathan first joined Raise (formerly EAPworks) in 2017, bringing with him several years leadership experience, steering businesses to success across Australia and New Zealand.
Earlier in his career, Jonathan provided coaching and mentoring in both the private and corporate sectors in New Zealand and Australia, became a frequent speaker on mental health and wellbeing issues facing New Zealanders, and worked with all levels of management, facilitating positive change for individuals and organisations.
Jonathan is a strong advocate for healthy workplace culture, seeking to bring the best out in others, committed to improving the mental health and wellbeing of all New Zealanders, and passionate about helping people thrive.
Jonathan has spent several years working and living overseas, but now resides in Canterbury where he lives with his wife Nadine and three teenage children.

Having worked in senior management in both the private and corporate sectors for over 15 years, Nadine has extensive experience building and fostering personal resilience in staff, and developing wellbeing strategies to benefit individuals, teams and organisations. With her professional and empathetic approach, Nadine delivers quality therapeutic support in any situation. Trained in Critical Incident, Suicide Triage and Risk Management, Nadine is an experienced facilitator and trainer. She is passionate about improving the mental health and wellbeing of individuals, and providing practical solutions to help build resilience and foster positive workplace environments.

Nicola Gaze
Relationship specialist
Nicola originally trained as an Occupational Therapist working in the Community Mental Health Sector, and she has over 25 years' experience working across a variety of sectors in training, facilitating, and presenting. Nicola is passionate about improving the mental health and wellbeing of individuals, empowering people to bring their best to both their work and personal life. She delivers quality therapeutic support as a facilitator, and is also trained in Critical Incident Stress Management.

david sanders
wellbeing SPECIALIST
David began work with Raise (formerly EAPworks) in 2019. He has over 34 years of experience in the mental health sector, working with clients from the public, to the corporate sector. He has worked in trauma, depression, suicide, gender issues, sexual dysfunction and addictions, and Critical Incident support.
David worked in his own private practice for many years and during this time was the supervisor for the Whangaparaoa Hospice, and critical incident contact for Mobil. He is also an educator and supervisor.
