You can reassure your team that EAPworks maintain good infection prevention control procedures for face-to-face appointments, including:
Prior to confirming a face-to-face appointment, clients will be asked if they have encountered COVID-19, have had any COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days, or have encountered anyone showing symptoms of the virus in the past 14 days. If the answer is yes, we will only provide the options of a video session or phone session.
